1.1 Can you give a brief introduction of Anern?

Anern is a Chinese LED light manufacturer, which has been in operation since 2005. After years of developing our product lines, we are now able to offer a wide range of LED lighting products, including LED street light, LED flood light, LED bulb& LED tube, LED ceiling light, LED panel light, LED spot light, LED down lights and more. If you do not find the product you are looking for, we can customize our products according to your specific requirements.

1.We have a factory for LED encapsulation and purchase LED chips for processing, which ensures the quality of the products and makes them competitive in price and we have exported our products to over 30 countries worldwide..

 

2.Anern, with headquarter in Guangzhou city, Guangdong Province, which provides us with easy access to convenient sea, land and air transportation, This results in reduced shipping fees for our raw materials, as well as the freight charges for our customers.

 

3.Anern has the best service team! Your email or any question will be replied within 24 hours.

 

4.Anern has excellent policy for LED light warranty. Warranty: 5 years. For the first 2 years, we'll be responsible for repair or replacement of any defected or damaged products free of charge. And for the late 3 years, we'll be responsible for repair or maintenance with only charge of the replacing components cost. The damage by human action or force majeure shall be not within the warranty scope.

1.3. Can I have the sample of Anern LED Lighting products?

Sure, you can order the sample from us. Please let us know the Model No. and the Quantity.

1.4. Is the sample for free?

Sorry, based on our company policy, we cannot supply the free sample to our client. We prefer our client to uying the sample from us.

1.5.Any discount available for the big quantity order?

The price of our LED lights products can be negotiated if you have big quantity order or some projects in hand.

1.6.Can I have the own logo on the products?

OEM is Negotiable, if you want the detailed quantity; please feel free to contact us. Thanks.

 

2. Trade Terms:

2.1 How do you make a price offer and how long is its validity?

A price offer is based on customer's particular order, agreed payment terms, and actual cost. Usually, the offer is valid for 30 days.

2.2 How can we get samples from you ?

Samples are available. Normally we take 3-7 days to make a sample. If we have no business record with you before, we need to charge samples cost and express charge.

2.3 What if there is any quality or quantity discrepancy arises?

In case of quality discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.
For quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyers within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.
If there are discrepancy not specified in the contract, we should negotiate directly or resort to the arbitration or legal activities.

2.4 What payment terms do you accept?

--- We prefer confirmed 100% irrevocable letter of credit payable at sight;
--- Possibly T/T 30-50% of total amount as down payment before shipment and left balance before releasing documents;
....All by T/T before shipment, especially for the case that the total deal amount is small.
--- some other payments are also welcome if the amount is very small, such as Paypal, Western Union, etc.

2.5 What is the minimum order quantity for you LED Lighting products?

Minimum order quantity depends on a particular product - usually 10pcs. In case of orders for a smaller quantity we charge additional fees.

2.6 What will happen if I give an incorrect shipping address?

Please confirm your address before ordering! Your product will probably not get to its destination in time for the important occasion if you supply an incorrect address when ordering. Make sure that your address includes apartment or suite numbers if applicable. and the most important thing is to give us your phone number If a package is returned to us because of an address problem, we will reship the package to you or a corrected recipient address. You will be charged the additional shipping fees.

2.7 What should I do if the goods received are damaged?

All products are carefully wrapped with utmost care to ensure a safe delivery to its destination. In case of damage during shipment, please file your damage claims to the delivering carrier immediately, and notify us within 72 hours after your receipt of the damaged merchandise.
